Why I'm Building Helm

I spend a lot of time outdoors, on the water, on the golf course, fishing, hiking and making memories with my family and friends. After getting melanoma, sun protection became a mandatory part of my routine.

That experience changed the way I think about my health and made realize how difficult it is to find a sunscreen that acts like another piece of gear I trust and something I can reliably wear everyday.

Helm was inspired by a simple belief: protecting your skin should be as natural as grabbing your keys before heading out the door without worrying about effectiveness or other side effects.
